What happens in the session
You lie back on the bed, I explain each step as I go, and the whole visit for the face takes 45–60 minutes. Here is what you will feel, in plain words.
Cleanse and cool gel. I cleanse your skin, apply a thin layer of cool gel and give you small eye shields. Nothing to prepare, nothing to bring.
The laser pass. A gentle long-pulse laser, placed point by point across the face. Each point feels like a soft warmth, a bit like afternoon sun on your cheek — never a sting. The handpiece is cooled, so the warmth never builds up.
Cool serum infusion. A chilled infusion head glides over the skin and carries a hydrating serum in. The warmth fades and any light pinkness fades with it. Most clients say this is the part they want to fall asleep in.
Finish and sunscreen. A light warm touch to settle the skin, then sunscreen. You can put on light make-up and walk out — ready for dinner, a meeting or the beach the next morning.

You have been in strong sun or got sunburnt in the last 2–3 weeks.
You waxed or had laser hair removal on the face in the last 6 weeks.
You took isotretinoin (oral acne medication) in the last 6 months.
You are pregnant.
You get cold sores, you scar easily (keloids), or your skin reacts to light.
You want to keep your beard or eyebrows exactly as they are — the laser goes around the eyebrows, hairline and beard, so tell me where to stop.
After the session: no sauna, hot tub, swimming pool or direct sun on the face for 24–48 hours, and sunscreen every day after that. That is all — the glow keeps better when you protect it.

Can I book for today?
Often yes. Message me on WhatsApp with the time you would like; if the slot is free, I confirm within minutes. The studio is open 10:00–19:00 every day, including weekends.
Can I fly or swim tomorrow?
Flying is fine, even the same evening. Please stay out of the pool, the sea, the sauna and the hot tub for 24–48 hours, and keep direct sun off your face. After that, a daily sunscreen is all you need.
Does it hurt?
No. The laser feels like a gentle warmth moving across the skin, and the cooled handpiece keeps it comfortable the whole time. The serum step is cool and relaxing. No numbing cream is needed.
How is this different from a regular spa facial?
A spa facial works on the surface with products and massage. Here, a gentle laser pass brightens and smooths the skin first, and the chilled infusion step helps the serum go deeper than hands alone can push it. The glow is clearer and lasts longer than a classic facial — in one 45–60 minute visit.
Do I need several sessions?
No. One session gives a clear, fresh glow — that is why travellers choose it. If you live in Saigon and like the result, you can repeat it every 4–6 weeks, but it is not sold as a course.

A four-wavelength diode laser, CE-marked, with built-in contact cooling; I adjust energy and pulse width to your skin tone. The serum step uses a separate hot-and-cold infusion device.
