The lower face package covers three areas next to each other: the jawline, the lower cheeks and the under-chin. All three use the same deep cartridges (4.5 mm and 3.0 mm), so they are done together in one session. Kieu splits the 600 shots by tissue thickness and how much each area has dropped, after checking your skin.

Sometimes you look in the mirror and no single area looks like "the problem". The whole lower half of your face just looks heavier: the jaw angle is softer, the lower cheeks drop over the jawline, and the chin and neck run into one line. Your forehead and eyes still look fine.
That is when a lower face package makes more sense than one area at a time. Three areas — jawline, lower cheeks and under-chin — are done in one session. What "Lower Face" Covers — and Where It Stops
At Hugo Beauty, "lower face" means three areas next to each other:
Lower cheeks: the part of the cheek from the corners of the mouth down to the jawline. This is often the first part to drop.
Jawline: from below the earlobe, along the jawbone, to the chin.
Under-chin: the soft area under the chin, where the chin meets the neck.
This package does not include the forehead, the eye area, the mid-cheeks (the upper cheekbone area) or the neck. The forehead and eyes are part of the full-face package. The neck is part of the combos with neck.
These three areas use the same deep cartridges (4.5 mm and 3.0 mm) because the tissue here is thicker than on the forehead and around the eyes. That is why the whole lower face can be done in one pass.
Four Signs Your Lower Face Is Dropping as a Whole
Stand by a window in daylight, turn off the beauty mode on your phone camera, and check:
Side view: the angle between your chin and neck is no longer clear. It is one soft curve.
Front view: the jawline looks "broken" at the jaw angle because the lower cheeks hang over it.
Beside the mouth: small folds pull down toward the chin.
Head down, like reading your phone: the area under the chin gathers into a fuller fold than before.
If you see two or more of these signs, and they are all in the lower half, it is usually the whole lower face, not one area. Kieu still checks and gently pinches each area before saying for sure.
One Session for Three Areas vs. Three Separate Visits
One skin check, one numbing time, one session. No need to plan three visits.
The border zones are done together. Where the lower cheek meets the jaw angle, and where the jaw meets the under-chin, gaps are easy to leave when areas are done months apart. In one session, Kieu works straight across them.
All three areas follow the same results timeline. You do not have one area already firmer next to one that has not started.

The 600 shots are not split equally between the three areas. Kieu splits them by how thick the tissue is and how much each area has dropped: the area that has dropped more gets more shots. You will hear the plan after the skin check, before the session starts.

One area is enough when only one part has changed:
Only the jawline is soft, cheeks and chin are fine → HIFU jawline contouring.
Only a mild double chin → double chin HIFU.
Only the cheeks have dropped, the jaw angle is still clear → HIFU cheek contouring.
The lower face is not enough when the forehead feels heavy, the outer corners of the eyes droop, or the skin is loosening evenly from the cheekbones down. Then full-face HIFU covers all six areas in one session. If your neck has lines but your face is fine, the jawline & neck combo (500–550 shots, 2,500,000–3,000,000 VND) is a better fit.

How to Judge a Lower-Face Result
Changes in the lower face show best in the side view and the three-quarter view, not in a front photo. Take three photos before your session (front, left side, right side) in the same spot and the same light, so you can compare later.
Right after the session and for the first 1–2 weeks, the skin feels slightly tighter as old collagen contracts; the real result builds gradually over the following 8–12 weeks as new collagen forms. The result is clearest at month 2–3, once the new collagen has formed. One session typically holds for 12–18 months and then fades gradually with age and skincare habits.
What to expect: a cleaner jawline, lower cheeks that sit a little higher, and a clearer line between chin and neck — still your face, not a different one.

No. The 600 shots are a total for the whole lower face, not an equal split. If your under-chin is still firm, it gets fewer shots, and the rest go to the lower cheeks and jawline, where they are needed more. Kieu checks your skin first and explains the plan before starting.

The two sides of a face are rarely the same. During the skin check, Kieu looks at each side and will tell you if they need a different shot plan. HIFU helps skin and tissue look firmer. It does not change the jawbone, so any difference that comes from the bone will stay.

The lower face package works best when the under-chin has mild loose skin together with a soft jawline. If the fat layer under the chin is thick, Kieu may suggest the intensive under-chin combo — its full name is Face & Neck + Intensive Under-Chin, 1,200–1,300 shots, 5,000,000–5,500,000 VND. Please note: this combo is already the full face plus neck, not a stronger version of the lower face package.

No. HIFU is usually one session, maintained every 12–18 months. When it is time to repeat, you can move up to the full face: the lower face is then a normal repeat, and the forehead and eye area are new.

There is no fixed age. Under 35, usually only one area shows change — a mild double chin or a soft jawline — so one area is enough. When the lower cheeks, jaw angle and under-chin are all dropping together, the lower face package makes more sense. When the forehead and eye area are also heavier, the full face is the right choice.
